4 WEEK LAUNCH

Our 4 week Intro program is your launch into a lifestyle of consistent strength and power training. We keep it simple. We don't throw you into the fire, we introduce WHY it's important to get stronger and powerful and keep that as you age.

This program is beginner/intermediate level.

PICKLEBALL STRONG

Pickleball STRONG is a full program that gives you

  • Pickleball Strength workout

  • Pickleball Strength Circuit

  • Pickleball Power

  • Pickleball Shoulders

  • Pickleball Joint health

These are 16 week programs that you can mix and match throughout the week. There are alternate exercises so you can train in home or at your local gym.

This program gives you an amazing start up training program package. Amazing to do at home in your own gym! The bundle includes:
